President Obama continues to push for a tax increase on the top two percent of taxpayers as part of his plan to avoid the fiscal cliff.  South Dakota democratic Senator Tim Johnson said a return to the Clinton era tax rates would be a good option.  South Dakota republican Senator John Thune says both have changed their views in the last two years…
