Officials In Aberdeen Talk Water Management On The James River

Local, state and federal officials met in Aberdeen yesterday to discuss water management.  Wayne Miller, chairman of the James River Water Development District, tells us that officials from state emergency management, US Fish and Wildlife, USGS, FSA, FEMA, Corps of Engineers and others were gathered to discuss what they could bring to the table in the proposed water management plan for Brown County…

Miller anticipates the process to pick the engineer and have them come back with a scope and a price to take 60 days.
