First Flood Outlook Calls Puts Major Flooding Chances At 90% On James River At Huron

As of now the James River at Huron has a 98-percent chance of minor to moderate flooding and a 90-percent chance of major flooding. There is only a 30-percent chance of record flooding as of now, but the outlooks and chances are likely to change as the spring thaw nears. Redfield and Forestburg have an 80-percent chance of major flooding on the James River.
