Funding For Dairy Plant At SDSU Gets Go-Ahead

Another four-milion plus for the building comes from private donations.  Secretary of Agriculture Walt Bones spoke in favor of the plant…

Senator Larry Tidemann of Brookings saus this is a cooperative effort between the university and the dairy industry..

Siekmann says the building is more than half finished and it should be completed in July of this year.  The bill now moves to the full senate.
