James River Water Development District Encouraging Cooperation Between Counties

Raschke says most of the management plan is being funded by the Corps of Engineers, and details can be used by the counties in the district…

He said the resolution has already been approved by commissions in Beadle and Sanborn Counties.  Raschke says they have some funding to continue the process, but will have to find more federal dollars in the future to finish it…
