Six Arrested Friday Following Drug Raid

Six men sit in the Beadle County Jail following the Huron Police Department’s execution of a narcotics search warrant Friday afternoon.  Huron Police Public Information Officer Sergeant Brandon Neitzert says a search warrant was obtained for the residence after a period of intelligence gathering….

Neitzert says “felony amounts” of marijuana and methamphetamine were recovered from the residence but declined to say just how much…

The operation used Huron’s Emergency Response Team and Neitzert says the warrant execution went well…

No weapons were found in the home.  Arrested were 34-year-old Matt Foster, 26-year-old Josh Prondzinski and 28 year-old Mark Tschetter  all of Huron. All three face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and keeping a place for the use or sale of a controlled substance. Three men from outside South Dakota were also arrested in the raid. 31-year-old Bryan Glunt of Colorado Springs, Colorado and 30 year-olds Phillip Glunt and Jose Patino of Anaheim California are detained on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. All six are due in court in Beadle County Tuesday
