Working Capital Outlay As A Part Of Blue Ribbon Suggestions Could Create Issues

High School 1The report from the Blue Ribbon Task Force on Education says that about seventy five million dollars in new money is needed each year to increase teacher pay, and move South Dakota out of last place in the country.  Along with that, the report also recommended shifting some other school funds, like capital outlay to teacher pay.  Representative Jean Hunhoff of Yankton, a member of the Appropriations Committee, says there could be some cautious changes to capital outlay…
